TBN to Host World Television Premiere of “League of Grateful Sons”

On Memorial Day, May 29, the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) will host the world television premiere of The League of Grateful Sons, Vision Forum’s World War II documentary chronicling the journey sons and grandsons took to the black sands of Iwo Jima in honor of their fathers who fought there in 1945. TBN will broadcast the film at 7 p.m. PST on Monday.

TBN founder and president Dr. Paul Crouch noted the importance of remembering the men and women who made defending America and keeping her strong during WWII their enduring legacy. “So many thousands died on the beaches of the Pacific, in the deserts of Africa, and on the battlefields of Europe,” he said. “So many more who survived are being taken from us day by day as the years take their toll. The League of Grateful Sons reminds us of our responsibility — and our privilege — to remember the sacrifice they made so that we could live as free Americans.”

TBN is the world’s largest religious network and America’s most watched faith channel. Each day TBN offers 24 hours of commercial-free programming, reaching every major continent via 54 satellites and more than 12,000 television and cable affiliates worldwide.
